CNA
Assist residents with daily routines, such as grooming, feeding, and transporting
LVN
Provide basic nursing care and assist day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs.
Physical Therapist
Develop individualized treatment plans for residents and help with mobility improvement.
PTA
Develop and execute treatment plans to help patients regain skills for daily living and working.
Occupational Therapist
Develop and execute treatment plans to help patients regain skills for daily living and working.
COTA
Assist occupational therapist in conducting assessments and providing therapy to patients
SLP
Diagnose and treat speech related issues and swallowing disorders
